Exchange and Return
We do our best to ensure that all our customers have a happy shopping experience with Luxware.dk. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, you will find instructions on how to do so here.
You can return your items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original payment method used, however you are responsible for postage and any associated costs and risk of returning the items to us . You must ensure that the products with the completed pre-printed label are returned by our online returns center within 14 days of receipt of your order, otherwise your refund may be refused.

Alternatively, you can contact us, after which we will send you a return label by email, which you can print out and stick on the package. The freight costs will therefore be set off in the event of a refund.
We recommend that you return the goods via a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We'll email you when your refund has been processed – so please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
All items you wish to return must be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods. E.g; box, clothes and gift items. If an item has a return policy swing ticket attached, it must still be attached and undamaged when returned. Return postage is at your own cost and risk. You may return any item ordered online in accordance with the terms of this section except:
- personalized or tailored items
- all items that deteriorate or expire quickly
- any items that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if you have sealed them or removed the hygiene strip. This includes but is not limited to comforters, mattress protectors, scents and perfumes, pillows
- any items that are inseparably mixed upon delivery.
You cannot cancel your order unless the goods are defective, damaged on delivery or incorrect. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you have not taken reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.
