    1. Conditions

    These sales conditions always apply when you as a consumer shop on

    The terms of sale thus apply regardless of whether you buy goods directly from Luxware or from the website.

    The complete agreement and the other information on the website are available in Danish. You must be 18 years of age to be able to shop on the Website.

    Note, that luxware's online store is only for consumers.

    When ordering goods via Luxware's online store, you confirm that you do not buy goods as a trader or with a view to resale.g.


    All prices are daily prices, stated in Danish kroner and incl. VAT and all Danish taxes, duties, etc. Payment can be made by debit card. You can pay with the following cards:
    VISA / Dankort
    VISA / VISA Electron
    Mastercard / Maestro
    American Express

    If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.

    In addition, payment can be made via MobilePay. The item amount is only deducted when the goods are sent from Luxware, where the order has been approved by Luxware. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

    Payment via ViaBill:

    When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. You must then pay your monthly benefit on the 20th of each month.

    If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill terminates.

    ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

    3. Delivery

    Delivery takes place only within Denmark's borders and not to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. If the order cannot be delivered within 5 working days, you will receive an e-mail. Your order will be shipped together when it is complete..

    For GLS shipments, be aware that the package will be stored for approx. 10 days, after which it is returned to us as undelivered. Company address also covers delivery to the workplace. Delivery to company address takes place in the period between kl. 10-18 on all weekdays.

    4. Right of withdrawal

    You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods on
    If you wish to cancel the purchase, this must be notified in writing within 14 days from the time you received the item and the items must be returned to Luxware no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal has been given. The right of withdrawal can thus not be exercised by simply rejecting receipt of the goods. Exercise of the right of withdrawal can also be done by, within 14 days, sending a notice to the e-mail address: info@luxware.dkk

    The notice must be an unequivocal statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can choose to enclose / attach our return form in completed form.

    No right of withdrawal
    These agreements cannot be undone:
    Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

    Undoing part of the purchase

    If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

    Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

    When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the goods until Luxware receives them back. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly Track and Trace number if you send the goods to us. You have the option of using the return label that appears via the link on your order confirmation, or you can choose to pay the costs of returning the goods yourself. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. Expenses related to returns will depend on the specific item. You are therefore encouraged to find out about prices from different freight providers.

    5. Refund of the purchase amount

    You will be reimbursed the amount that you have paid to us at the time of purchase, including any delivery costs, but less any impairment. This will be done as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of cancellation of the purchase. Impairment means the possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to other handling of the goods than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, properties and the way in which the goods function. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. 
    We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it. The refund amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a payment card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.

    6. Complaint

    When you shop at, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act if a purchased item has a defect. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, a reduction in the price or the money returned, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, presupposes that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen, for example, as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If a complaint is made within two months after the defect has been established, the complaint will always be timely.

    The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

    We need the following information when you shop with us:

    We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

    The personal information is registered with Luxware ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

    In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

    We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

    You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
    If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
