1. Conditions

These conditions of sale always apply when you as a consumer shop at luxware.dk

The sales conditions therefore apply regardless of whether you buy goods directly from Luxware or from the website.

The entire agreement and the other information on the website are available in Danish. You must be 18 years of age to shop on the website.

Please note that luxware's online store www.luxware.dk is only for consumers.

When ordering goods via Luxware's online store (www.luxware.dk), you confirm that you are neither buying goods as a trader nor for the purpose of resale.

2. Payment

All prices are daily prices, stated in Danish kroner and incl. VAT and all Danish taxes, duties, etc. Payment can be made by credit card. Payment can be made with the following cards:
VISA/Dankort
VISA/VISA Electron
Mastercard/Maestro
American Express

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website.

In addition, payment can be made via MobilePay. The amount of the goods is only deducted when the goods are sent from Luxware, where the order has been approved by Luxware. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

Payment via ViaBill:

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After this, you must pay your monthly allowance on the 20th of each month.

If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends.

ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

3. Delivery

Delivery takes place within Europe - and not to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. If the order cannot be delivered within 5 working days, you will receive an e-mail. Your order will be shipped together when it is complete.

For GLS shipments, please note that the package will be stored for approx. 7 days, after which it is returned to us as undelivered. Company address also covers delivery to workplace. Delivery to the company address takes place between 10-18 on all weekdays.

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, we can send it again for DKK 85 to DKK 199 or you pay DKK 85 to DKK 199 for the return. It depends on how big the order is.
And if the order is cancelled, you pay shipping back and forth.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods on luxware.dk
If you wish to cancel the purchase, this must be notified in writing within 14 days from the time you received the item - and the items must be returned to Luxware no later than 14 days after notification of cancellation has been given. The right of withdrawal cannot therefore be exercised by simply refusing to accept the goods. Exploitation of the right of withdrawal can also be done by, within 14 days, sending a message to the e-mail address: info@luxware.dk

The notice must be an unequivocal statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can choose to attach/attach our completed return form.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

When returning, you should ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the goods yourself until Luxware receives them back. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any Track and Trace number if you send the goods to us. You have the option of using the return label that appears via the link on your order confirmation, or you can choose to pay the costs yourself when returning the goods. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. Costs associated with returns will depend on the specific item. You are therefore encouraged to find out about prices with different freight providers.

5. Repayment of the purchase amount

You will be reimbursed the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase - but with deduction of any depreciation. This happens as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of cancellation of the purchase. Impairment of value is understood as the possible reduction in the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way the goods function.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it. The refund amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid with a payment card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.

6. Complaints

When you shop at luxware.dk, you have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the rules of the Sales Act, if a purchased item has a defect. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a reduction in the price or the money returned, depending on the specific situation. This of course assumes that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not, for example, arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
When you wish to advertise a product, you must contact Customer Service at: info@luxware.dk. When returning the item, please provide a description of the fault. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item, if the complaint is justified.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

7. Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Luxware ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller at luxware.dk is Luxware ApS.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: info@luxware.dk.
