Delivery costs will be confirmed to you before your order is accepted.
If your order is particularly heavy, it may incur additional delivery charges. If an order is subject to additional delivery costs, you will be notified of the additional costs before delivery of your order begins. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay additional delivery costs.
Please note that we cannot deliver to mailboxes.
Delivery options
We offer the following options for delivery options – GLS Package Shop (DKK 45) and Home Delivery (DKK 65). See below for further information on delivery options in Denmark.
Delivery times depend on the chosen delivery service and the types of goods ordered. Luxware ApS always aims to send all goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum delivery time in the UK for goods is 30 days, unless Luxware ApS has specifically agreed with you.
We use GLS as a delivery method. GLS requires a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods.
If you are not available to collect and sign for GLS's first visit, they will leave the parcel at the nearest parcel shop. A paper or text will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
The couriers will re-attempt delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt, they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund on their behalf. Luxware.dk reserves the right to charge the delivery costs for redelivery.
Next day delivery
Order before 12:00 Monday to Friday and receive your order the very next day (except Sundays and public holidays). This shipping method costs a minimum of DKK 59.
If you choose our next day delivery option and your order is placed and accepted before 2.30pm Sunday to Friday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day one day after receiving your order, provided that the next day is not a Sunday or public holiday. Orders placed after 17, takes an extra 24 hours to deliver (excluding Sundays and public holidays / public holidays).
Shared delivery
Luxware.dk can divide the delivery of your order into several packages based on stock. You will not be charged extra for this shipping method. Any additional shipments for delivery in Denmark will be sent using "GLS Home Delivery".
Free delivery offer
Free delivery offers, when available, only apply to orders for delivery in Denmark. Free delivery offers are sent using standard delivery service. Free delivery offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, deals or discount codes.
