Refunds

  1. Why have I been refunded for an item instead of being exchanged?
    Great question! Sometimes we come across situations where we cannot deliver the same item back to you in exchange. In these cases we will process a refund for the order rather than exchange it. You should receive an email with information about your return process and whether we will give you an exchange or refund.
  2. How do I receive my refund?
    If you pay a refund, we will refund the money to the same method used to pay for your purchase. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount that has been refunded and the item that we have received back. We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of your refund within a week of returning the item. Please note that if you have received our address, it may take up to 14 days to receive confirmation of your refund. The delay is due to the extra time it takes to deliver goods. Also note that at busy times of the year, e.g. holidays, our processing times for refunds may increase to reflect shipping delays.
  3. When will I receive my refund?
    We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of your refund within a week of returning the item. The refund processing time includes the time it takes for us to receive your goods back, process them with all the necessary checks and your bank's processing time. During busy times of the year, such as holidays, our refund processing times may increase to reflect shipping delays.
